You can easily place an order through our website:

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid using our secure payment methods.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at desikararaa@gmail.com with your order number.

Due to the perishable nature of snacks, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.


11. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can also log into your account to view order status.


12. Are your snacks suitable for vegetarians?

Yes! All our snacks are 100% vegetarian and made using pure ingredients with no added preservatives.
